登記
1.0 閣下須於使用服務或作出訂購貨物時，需要註冊登記，並於登記時提供有關閣下的真實及完整的資料。
訂購
2.0 當閣下作出訂購時，即表示閣下按商品的指定價格購買該等商品。 閣下一旦提交購貨訂單(訂單)，則不得取消有關訂單，即使我們仍未接納或拒絕閣下的訂單。
2.1 我們會以電郵方式確認收到閣下的訂單。
2.2 我們會盡一切努力完成閣下透過本網站所發出的每份訂單，但如果基於任何理由（包括貨品缺貨或供應情況轉變）拒絕或無法完成任何一份訂單，我們無須就此向任何人仕承擔任何責任或作出任何賠償。
2.3 如果我們取消閣下的訂單，我們將會以電郵方式通知閣下。
價格及付款辦法
3.0 我們須確保本網站所列載的商品價格丶資料定期更新，但我們保留任何權利可以更改任何商品的價格和資料，而毋須作出任何通知。
3.1 我們接受銀行轉賬/Payme/轉數快付款。
惟轉賬後，必須將有關的存款單，並上載在你的單號上或，以WhatApps方式發至我們的客戶服務熱線，號碼5132 0922。 我們收欵的銀行賬號已列載在我們的發票上。
送貨
4.0 我們逢星期一至五，由中午12時至下午6時，將閣下訂購的商品送到閣下指定的地址。惟購買金額滿＄300，方可以獲得免費送貨服務。購貨金額少於＄300者，則須要每次另付運費＄80。
4.1 星期六及日和公眾𢓉期不設送貨服務
4.2 我們保留更改以上送貨條欵的權利。如有任何更改，我們會以電郵方式通知現有客戶，並更新以上送貨條欵。
退貨或更換
5.0 除另有規定外，本網站不接受退貨或更換商品。
5.1 如果證實任何訂購的商品於送貨時已經損壞丶漏送或送付商品有誤，我們會向受影響客戶退欵或更換有關商品。惟受影響客戶必須在收到商品後的24小時內，以WhatsApp方式向我們的客戶服務熱線，號碼5132 0922，作出投訴。
